David is a highly experienced labour lawyer who advises national and multinational clients across numerous sectors on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.
In 2005, he founded Voltaire Avocats, a well-renowned boutique labour law firm with offices in Paris and Lille.
David has a diverse practice with specialisms in collective labour relations (staff representative elections, bargaining with unions, consultation of staff representatives) and corporate restructuring (including reorganisations, transfer of undertaking). He also regularly appears on behalf of employers in the Employment Tribunal and other courts.
