Court mediator entered on the list of permanent mediators at the District Court in Warsaw.
In her practice as a legal counsel, she advises management staff and employees of HR departments of the largest Polish and international companies, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises, in the field of labor law. She also has extensive experience in advising employers in relations with trade unions and in carrying out enterprise reorganization, collective redundancy procedures and negotiations with trade unions.
She also has several years of experience in conducting court disputes in all areas of labor law, in particular in matters relating to the termination of employment contracts and related claims, establishing the existence of employment relationships, cases of harassment in the workplace, discrimination, mobbing, overtime work, claims for accidents at work and occupational diseases.
Author of articles on labor law published in specialist journals.
