Prior to joining Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2012, Florence worked for an international big four firm in Luxembourg as a lawyer for two years, advising clients on Human Capital management, mainly relating to employee global mobility from a labour, social security and tax perspective.
Florence is specialized on individual and collective employment law matters, such as hiring of staff, remuneration and employee profit-sharing, internal policy and contract reviews, special clauses and restrictive covenants, highly sensitive internal investigations, as well as employment aspects of M&A transactions, business restructuring, due diligence, information and consultation of employee representative bodies and collective redundancies. She also has an extensive litigating experience and uses alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation and negotiation of settlements. She has a broad advisory and contentious experience assisting clients of a wide variety of sectors in all type of HR projects and advising on developing and implementing innovative solutions adapted to the clients’ business needs.
