She has extensive experience in representing clients in court in employment law civil proceedings. She advises Swiss and international companies in all areas of employment law, in particular on the drafting of employment contracts, regulations and employee participation programs, on compensation issues, on the enforcement of non-compete clauses, terminations, restructurings such as transfers of undertakings and mass dismissals, on international employee transfers and on personnel leasing issues.
