Lisa Ericsson is head of the employment practice at Cirio Law Firm, a Stockholm-based multidisciplinary law firm. She specialises in employment and labour law and advises Swedish and international across numerous sectors on all aspects of employment law.
Lisa has extensive experience advising clients in connection with business restructuring and reorganizations, individual and collective dismissals, harassment and discrimination issues at work, whistleblowing and sensitive investigations. She has a special interest in cross border matters and assisting international clients with setting-up, growing and restructuring their businesses in Sweden.
Lisa also represents clients in negotiations with trade unions and EWC as well as in employment litigations. She also advises on data privacy matters (GDPR) and frequently teaches employment law to both clients and other audiences.
