A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in the Psychology of Personnel Management. In December 2011, he obtained a PhD in economics (doctoral thesis entitled « Occupational pension programs as a form of additional security in old age in Poland. Functional assessment »).
He has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of labor law and employee benefits. He has advised several dozen employers in Poland on labor law and employee benefits. Since 2000, he has co-created several dozen Employee Pension Programs and Employee Capital Plans.
Author of numerous publications in the field of labor law, social security and the pension system.
He has extensive experience in conducting training.
