Michael is a Partner at Küttner Rechtsanwälte, a boutique law firm which has offices in Cologne, Germany and specialises in labour law. As a member of a team of 18 experts Michael advises, counsels and represents national and international companies operating in Germany in all areas of collective and individual labour law. Among the main areas of his practice are advising on complex restructures and acquisitions, providing advice and representation in matters related to works council co-determination, drafting working conditions and employment contracts and guiding employers through employee separations. Michael regularly appears in court on behalf of employers.
