Sarah Bull is a Partner in the London office of Birketts LLP. She specialises in labour law and acts for clients in a wide range of sectors. Sarah offers practical advice on all contentious and non-contentious UK employment matters and has extensive experience advising on employee relations and partnership matters, performance concerns, restrictive covenants, whistleblowing, managing disputes and exits and handling sensitive investigations. Sarah also has significant experience guiding employers through large scale projects including restructuring, collective consultation and business transfers.
Sarah has a special interest in cross border matters and regularly co-ordinates multi-jurisdictional projects, advising US and other non-UK businesses on the legal environment and workplace culture in the UK. Sarah enjoys working closely with clients to design contracts of employment and HR policies that are legally-compliant but written in clear language that is consistent with the workplace culture.
