Simone Wetzstein, a specialist in employment law recognized by the Swiss Bar Association, is co-head and partner of the employment law team at Walder Wyss. She advises national companies, international groups and private individuals on all aspects of employment law, in particular in connection with the drafting of employment contracts, remuneration models, the termination of employment relationships and in the context of restructuring projects (transfers of undertakings, mass redundancies, etc.). Simone Wetzstein also has many years of experience in matters relating to staff leasing and obtaining work and residence permits. Simone Wetzstein also advises on social security/pension issues related to employment law and represents parties in court. Finally, Simone Wetzstein has a particular focus on issues relating to various forms of discrimination and equality law.
